Conditions of sale:

• No exchange of tickets will be made and tickets are not transferable. No refund will be made except pursuant to event postponement or cancellation and at organizer’s discretion.
• Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from SISTIC or other authorized points of sale.
• Collection of tickets will start in 2011. Please bring along your passport/ID and the credit card used for the internet purchase.
• Free admission for infants under 2 years old. Infants will not be given extra seats.
• No flash photography is allowed. The organizers reserve the right to confiscate the cameras/video cameras if you have violated the regulation.
• No video recording for commercial use. The organizers reserve the right to confiscate the cameras/video cameras if you have violated the regulation.
• Organizers reserve the rights to ask a spectator to leave the venue if you do not comply with the rules & regulations
